In response to your request for advance notice of Energy Fuels licensing actions, we are providing you
with the Public Participation Summary (PPS) document regarding the White Mesa Uranium Mill Facility

Please recall last September 2013, the Division of Radiation Control (DRC) conducted a public comment
period concerning the Dawn Mining alternate feed amendment in which the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe
(Tribe) provided comments. The DRC is providing the Tribe with the response to comments document
prior to signing the license amendment.
The DRC will be happy to hold a conference call with the Tribe before close of business on June 25, 2014,
to discuss the PPS. Please call me at 801-536-4257 to schedule the conference call if the Tribe would like
to have this discussion.
