Dear Ms. Weinel:
The Division of Radiation Control (DRC) has reviewed the revised EPM provided in a letter dated
November 18, 2014. The DRC finds the EPM adequate at this time and therefore is hereby
approved. As per License Condition 11.9, the licensee shall implement this plan within 90 days
from the date of this letter.
Please note the DRC will include this revised EPM as part of the Renewal licensing action that
will go out for public comment. If you have any questions or require clarification concerning the
