HEAL Utah is requesting a 90-day extension to the public comment period for
Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc.: Amendment #10 of the 1le.(2)
Byproduct License No. UT1900479 And Modification to Groundwater Quality
Discharge Permit No. UGW370004.
After reviewing the 171 pages of documents currently posted on the DWMRC
website related to this permit, and in light of the limitations of the public's
attention and resources during this pandemic period, we have determined
that we will need additional time to analyze the technical, public health, and
legal issues raised, consult with independent experts and prepare accurate
and comprehensive written comments.
We appreciate your consideration of this public comment extension request.
