Dear Director Howard:
My staff has informed me of the very tight timeline to complete a sufficient technical review of
the proposed amendments to Radioactive Materials License UT1900479 requested by Energy
Fuels Resources (USA). As we are currently not at full staff capacity during the COVID-19
emergency and unable to meet face to face safely, I am requesting that you authorize a 30 day
time extension of the public comment period for this license amendment action, until July 5
instead of June 5.
