Re: Licensee-to-Licensee transfer of yellowcake to Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. White Mesa
Uranium Mill
Dear Mr. Howard:
Per our telephone conversation with Mr. Ryan Johnson on June 27, 2019, Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc.
("EFRI") is providing notification that the White Mesa Mill (the "Mill") will receive approximately 1,100
pounds of yellowcake (in four lined drums) from the Cameco Crow Butte ISR facility. The yellowcake will be
transferred as a Licensee-to-Licensee transfer allowable under the Mill's RML.
The yellowcake, which was minimally contaminated with lubricant oil from a sump, was washed at the Crow
Butte site and has only traces of lubricant/grease remaining. The Mill will process this yellowcake in a similar
manner to the way EFRI reprocesses our own yellowcake with impurities. It is not possible for Crow Butte to
reprocess the material or re-dry it in their dryers, while the Mill has multiple avenues to reprocess and re-dry the
yellowcake.
