Dear Mr. Anderson,
We received notice on November 2 that we have the opportunity to respond to the letter
delivered to you on October 23, 2017 entitled "Response to Public Comments on the White
Mesa Mill Groundwater Discharge Permit and Radioactive Materials License," from Energy
Fuels Resources (USA), Inc. It is our understanding that we have another 4 days from today to
complete that and send it to your Division at the agency.
We are requesting more time to be able to readdress the issues we spent months addressing
earlier this year. Please extend this deadline until December 4, 2017 to allow us and others to
fully respond to the issues raised by the potential permittee/licensee.
