Pumose of Public Notice
The Utah Division of Radiation Control (UDRC) is hereby extending the public comment
period regarding proposal to renew an existing Radioactive Materials License (License)
for Denison Mines, White Mesa Uranium Mill facility located near Blanding Utah.
Written public comments will now be received until 5:00 pm on Wednesday, December
14,20lL.
This proposed License renewal is done under the authority ofthe Utah Radiation Control
Act, Section l9-3-108, Utah Code Annotated and the Rule R313-24. Uranium Mills and
Source Material Mill Tailings Disposal Facility Requirements.
