(SFC) altemate feed materials. Dear Mr. Frydenlund: On December 15, 2011 DUSA submitted a request for an amendment to its Radioactive Materials License No. 1900479. The purpose of the request was to authorize processing of Sequoyoh Fuels Corporation, Inc. (SFC) altemate feed materials for the recovery of uranium and disposal ofthe resulting tailings in the Mill's tailings impoundments as 1 le.(2) material. Review of the request will be conducted by the Utah Division of Radiation Control (DRC) after the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is signed by both parties initiating the review of Reclamation Plan 5.0 and the Infiltration Contaminate Transport Model, and the DUSA License Renewal process is completed and the Revised License is signed by the Executive Secretary.
