SUBJECT: January 14, 2011 DUSA Response to Request for Liformation regarding Reclamation Plan,
Submittal of Reclamation Plan Revision 3.2.B; January 12, 2011 DRC Comment Letter;
Approval of Reclamation Plan Revision 3.2 Edition B (Revision 3.2.B)
We received a DUSA letter dated January 14, 2011 on the subject Reclamation Plan, related to Cell 4B.
This letter was sent in response to our comment letter of January 12, 2011. The DUSA letter conveys the
White Mesa Mill Reclamation Plan Revision 3.2.B. As noted on the cover page. Revision 3.2.B constitutes
an Addendum to approved Reclamation Plan Revision 3.0 and 3.1 of the White Mesa Mill Reclamation
Plan. We have reviewed the subject plan submittal. It appears the Addendum addresses all previous DRC
comments on the subject. Therefore we hereby approve Reclamation Plan Revision 3.2 Edition B
(Revision 3.2.B).
In accordance with our letter of January 12, 2011, in a telephone conversation on January 26, 2011
between Mr. Harold Roberts and Mr. David Rupp, you committed that DUSA would provide a final
Reclamation Plan document labeled as Rev. 3.2-finaI, corresponding to the approved Revision 3.2.B, not
later than January 31, 2011. If you have questions on the above, please contact David Rupp of my staff.
