We concur with your determinations of site eligibility for this phase of the project. Further, to better understand the nature of the archaeological sites and potential effects we concur that the proposed testing plan is adequate. Please ensure that the archaeological consultant acquire a Data Recovery permit from Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office for this proposal, in the chance of encountering human remains during testing. Utah Code 9-8-4-4(1)(a) denotes that your agency is responsible for all final decisions regarding cultural resources for this undertaking.
