In a letter dated March 1, 2017, Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. provided revisions to the White
Mesa Mill’s standard operating procedure for Feed Material Receipt and Storage. Part of the changes
included a “Feed Material Receipt Inspection” form.

The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of these changes
and finds them to be satisfactory. Thank you for providing this information to help our staff stay
informed of changes at the Mill.
