White Mesa Uranium Mill - Modification to Roberts Pond Final Grading Plan
Reference is made to the Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. ("EFRI") Roberts Pond Final Grading Plan
dated July 17, 2015 and the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control ("DWMRC")
approval of the Final Grading Plan, dated August 5, 2015. The EFRI Final Grading Plan, as approved by
DWMRC, showed a drainage ditch extending from the backfilled Roberts Pond area to Cell 1. The
drainage ditch crossed the roadway which runs parallel to Cell 1. Due to existing underground utilities
within the roadway, EFRI is proposing to replace the drainage ditch with a 24 inch culvert under the
roadway to provide additional protection for these utilities.
