I have not located any documentation that Denison Mines (USA) Corp. ("Denison") provided a 14 calendar day
notice to the Utah Division of Radiation Control ("DRC") regarding the drilling campaign for the Installation of
New Monitoring Wells (Part 1.H.4) andthe Detailed Southwest Hydrogeologic Investigation' (Part I.H.6) of
GWDP UGW370004.
The drilling commenced on Monday April 25, 2011 and the currently-planned drilling for both programs has
been completed.
I have attached a map identifying the locations of the two new perched zone monitoring wells, and all perched
zone borings drilled to date during the campaign.
We would like to schedule a call with DRC staff to discuss the drilling done to date and to address any comments
or concerns you may have.
