Letter.
Dear Ms. Tischler:
The Utah Division of Radiation Control has reviewed the Energy Fuels Resources (USA), Inc. May
20, 2013 Abandonment of Selected TWN-series Wells, White Mesa Uranium Mill Near Blanding,
Utah ("Plan").
Based on our review, the wells proposed to be abandoned are consistent with the wells proposed in
the approved May 7, 2012 Nitrate Corrective Action Plan, Section 7.2.1. The proposed method to
abandon these wells is consistent with the requirements of the State of Utah Administrative Code
R655-4; therefore, the Plan is hereby approved.
