On July 30, 2012 the Division of Radiation Control ("DRC") received by email an electromc copy of the
Tailings Cell, Leak Detection System and Shmes Dram Sampling and Analysis Plan, Revision 2 1 ("Plan")
Denison Mines (USA) Corp, ("DUSA") Based on the review of the Plan all modifications requested in the
DRC letter and Request for Additional Information dated July 26, 2012 were made and the Plan is
approved
To assure the Plan meets DUSA Ground Water Discharge Permit UGW370004 ("Permit"), Part
IE 10(d)(1) ofthe Permit will be removed This is considered a minor modification to the Permit and no
public comment penod is necessary DUSA will be notified of the Permit change when the modification to
the Permit is final
