John Hultquist, Phil Goble and myself discussed your email on the Honeywell matenal We came to the
conclusion that we will need more information from Denison and Honeywell on the proposed project before we
have any type of discussion Therefore we don t think we need to have a conference call with you this week
So please prepare and submit a work plan for this project The information that we would like to see is
• Descnbe the actual work/process that will be done at the Mill
• How much material will be sent to the Mill to be reprocessed,
• How Will this material be Manifested,
• How will the material be shipped to the Mill,
• How long is the project going to run,
• When do you plan on starting the project
• How are you going to certify that there is not any hazardous material (i e RCRA & CERCLA) in the yellow
cake being sent to you,
• Where did the yellow cake originate from,
• What type of procedures are you going to develop for this matenal (i e incoming acceptance, sampling
requirements matenal handling, PPE, etc )
After we have had a chance to review your work plan we will be able to comment on any regulatory or RML
issues Also, why are calling this material hard ore It does not appear to correspond to any definition of ore
that we are familiar with If you have any questions please contact me
