As indicated in the Notice, due to the suspect quality of the reported results for Gross Alpha, Denison required the laboratory to reanalyze the samples and confirm that the new reported analyses meet the Mill's Quality Assurance Plan requirement that laboratory QC blanks are free of contamination from the analyte(s) being reported. The corrected analytical results for MW-25 MW-26, and MW-27 are shown below. Based on the corrected data, MW-2, MW26, and MW- 27 did not exceed their respective GWCLs and no other groundwater wells exceeded their respective GWCLs for Gross Alpha during the fourth quarter. MW-2, MW-26, and MW-27 will therefore not need to be placed on an accelerated monitoring schedule.
