Ground Water Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 ("GWDP"). Part l.G.l provides that such accelerated monitoring shall continue until compliance status of the facility can be determined by the Executive Secretary. Based on the accelerated monitoring results to date, Denison requests the Executive Secretary malce a determination that accelerated monitoring cease at this time for Tetrahydrofiiran ("THF") in MW-11 for the reasons stated below: • MW-11 THF results have been nondetect for seven of nine months since the start of accelerated monitoring. The two reported detections in April 2010 of 5.2 ug/L and July 2010 of 2.17 ug/L were below the GWCL of 11.5 ug/L. As a result, there have been nine consecutive samples with concentrations below the GWCL. Per the UDEQ letter of May 30, 2006, eight consecutive sample results below the GWCL are needed for the discontinuance of accelerated monitoring. Once removed from accelerated monitoring status, these constituents, like all other constituents, would be subject to future accelerated monitoring under Part l.G.l of the GWDP, should circumstances warrant.
