In your October 19, 2010 letter you claim that the DRC September 22, 2010 letter did not include the DRC
Memorandum detailing the proposed civil penalty. We apologize for any confusion and have attached the July
8, 2010 Memorandum for your review. Please respond to this e-mail letting me know you have now received
the Proposed Penalty Calculation Memorandum for the NDP.
The DRC is currently in the process of writing a formal response to your October 19, 2010 letter, which will ,
be sent to you shortly.
