Jo Ann,
This e-mail is to summarize the phone call we had today regarding Tailings Cell 1. In the phone call, the DRC
requested an updated Table 1 for the June 2 and August 7, 2010 leaks at Cell 1 that includes the volume of
water pumped from the Leak Detection System (LDS) to determine the calculated leakage rate. You agreed to
provide this updated table by September 30, 2010 along with the additional information you have gathered
regarding the apparent discrepancies in the table identified by the DRC earlier.
