I attached a handout for the conference call. It is a flow chart of the current Stipulated Consent Agreement

DRC has reviewed the December 30, 2009 Nitrate Contamination Investigation Report for the White Mesa
Uranium Mill Site. I would like to arrange a conference call for next week to discuss the findings of the review.
Additionally, a DRC "Notice of Additional Required Action and Notice of Enforcement Discretion" has been
drafted regarding the review findings which will require follow up actions per the Stipulated Consent Agreement
UGW09-03,1 would also like to discuss that letter prior to finalization and mail out to DUSA.
Will you please let me know a time next week that will work for you? Tuesday 9/14/10 morning, or Wend.
9/15/10, morning or afternoon, would work well for me. I will be out of the office tomorrow (9/9) and will
return on Monday (9/13). Thanks.
