DUSA summarized the conversation in a July 12, 2010 letter. After reviewing the letter, we agree with the majority of the letter, with the following exceptions, as follows. DUSA states in the letter that after reviewing historical field parameters data, they will sort the wells into four different categories: 1- 'Wel/s which consistently equilibrate to within 10% RPD, even though turbidity may exceed 5 NTU. Redevelopment of these wells will not be required." We disagree. Before any Executive Secretary approval of any well with turbidity levels greater than the 5 NTU standard (measured right before sample collection) DUSA will demonstrate that all commonly accepted well development techniques have been exhausted. 2- "Wells which have consistently had turbidity resuits below 5 NTU, even though the resuits beiow 5 NTU may not equilibrate within 10% RPD. Redevelopment of these weiis wili not be required." We agree. 3- "Wells which have generally had turbidity resuits below 5 NTU, but do not consistentiy equilibrate to within 10% RPD, and on occasion exceed 5 NTU. Denison will not redevelop these weils at this time but wiii flag these welis for future consideration of redevelopment" Please contact us for further discussion. An agreement need to be reached on "generally" and "on occasion" 4- "Weils which have consistentiy had turbidity results above 5 NTU, and turbidity results which do not consistently equilibrate to within 10% RPD. Denison wili evaluate and recommend to DRC appropriate methods of redevelopment for these wells." We agree. Redevelopment of these wells will be required. The DRC concurs that the remainder of the letter is what was agreed to by the DRC and DUSA during the July 12, 2010 conference call. If you have any questions please let me know. Sincerely, Phil Goble about:blank 7/15/2010
