On your inspection next week, be aware of this notice of excess fluid in Tailings Cell 3. See attached email from Dane and Neil
Taylor.
You might also recall the 6/3/10 email from Dane to me (you were cc'd), where Dane documented the phone call from DUSA letting
us know that there was fluid detected in the Cell 1 leak detection system (LDS). At that time, DUSA said they thought the leak in
Cell 1 was high on the liner, and that they were going to transfer fluids from Cell 1 to other cells, as a means to see if the Cell 1 LDS
flows would drop or stop.
Perhaps this excess fluid in Cell 3 is related to that problem. Please check into this when you are on site, and report back to me on
your observations / findings.
