Dear Ms. Fields:
On April 13, 2010 you requested (by e-mail) that the public comment period for the modi icaiion
to the Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW37004 and an amendment to Radioactive |
Materials License No. UT1900479 for design and construction of new Tailing Cell 4B at the
Denison Mines White Mesa Uranium Mill be extended an additional 15 to 30 davs. i
After consideration of your request, the Executive Secretary has decided that granting an
extension of the public comment period, due to personal commitments is not appropriate. •
Therefore, the deadline to submit public comment wili remain at 5:00 p.m. on May 10, 2010.
