Gentlemen,
The Public Comment Period for the DUSA Permit Modification began today. The Public Notice, Redline/Strikeout
version of Draft Permit, and Statement of Basis have been added to the DRC website at the following
location: http://www.radiationcontrol.utah.gov/Uranium Mills/IUC/qroundwaterpmt/index.html
Public comments are invited any time prior to 5:00 p.m. on October 8, 2009. A public meeting will be held on
October 7, 2009 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Blanding Arts and Events Center located at 715 West 200 South
in Blanding, Utah.
If you have any questions please let me know. Please feel free to submit any questions/comments before the
public comment period closes.
