License condition 10.5.A authorizes the White Mesa uranium mill to dispose of l1e.(2) byproduct material generated at licensed in situ leach facilities; limited to no.or. ih* 5,000 yd3 from a single source. License Condition 10.5.C restricts the disposal of the waste to Cell No.3 without prior Executive Secretary-Approval. The DRC acknowledges that as the requirements for reporting required in License Condition 10.5.D, the White Mesa uranium mill received no waste as officially permitted in this license condition during the 2005 calendar year.
