Pursuant to Radioactive Materials License (RML) UT1900479 condition 10.5.F, Denison Mines
(USA) Corp. is hereby notifying the Division of Radiation Control that the White Mesa Uranium Mill
will be receiving 2 additional loads of I le.(2) byproduct materials. The two loads should be on site on
July 28,2011.

The loads should be on site and be disposed of by May 24,2012.

Dear Mr. Frydenlund:
The State of Utah, Division of Radiation Control (DRC), received International Uranium (USA)
Corporation's annual submittal, as required under license condition 10.5.D.
License condition 10.5.A authorizes the White Mesa uranium mill to dispose of l1e.(2) byproduct
material generated at licensed in situ leach facilities; limited to no.or. ih* 5,000 yd3 from a
single source. License Condition 10.5.C restricts the disposal of the waste to Cell No.3 without
prior Executive Secretary-Approval. The DRC acknowledges that as the requirements for
reporting required in License Condition 10.5.D, the White Mesa uranium mill received no waste
as officially permitted in this license condition during the 2005 calendar year.

Uranium (USA) Corporation's White Mesa Mill, Blanding, Utah for the year 2005. There was
no disposal of I I e.(2) materials at the White Mesa Mill this past year.
This information is provided in accordance with License Condition 10.5 D. of UtahDepartment
