The steel liner has not yet been installed pending your approval. The remaining construction is in place and these drawings should be considered "As-Built". Once we receive your approval on the drawings, the liner m\\ be installed and we will fill the containment with fresh water to the maximum depth and monitor the leak detection system for 48 hours to ensure the steel liner is not leaking.
