Dear Mr. Finerfrock:
In accordance with your recent discussion with Mr. Harold Roberts of DUSA, please find enclosed
the containment design and location for the proposed construction of a reagent building at the White
Mesa Mill. In accordance with Part I.D.3.g) of the GWDP (i.e. Mill Site Chemical Reagent
Storage), the containment has been designed to "prevent any contact of the spilled or otherwise
released reagent or product with the ground surface". As has been previously mentioned, it is
Denison's intention to construct this facility early this winter and, as such, we would request that
this design review be completed as expeditiously as possible.
