Dear Ms. Weinel:
The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the Cell 2 Cover
Performance Supplemental Test Section As-Built Report. The review was an examination of the
activities and conditions reported at the Mill as they relate to compliance with Utah’s Radiation Control
Rules and the conditions of the referenced license. The review consisted of examinations of the report
to ascertain whether all pertinent reporting requirements of the license were met, whether the monitoring performed revealed necessary corrective measures and whether any such measures were taken.

Based on the findings documented during the review, the items reviewed were found to be in
compliance with applicable rules and requirements for this license.
