Site Inspection July, 29, 2010 on
DUSA Cell 4B Construction Project and
Miscellaneous White Mesa Mill Observations
I visited the site at the White Mesa Mill on the subject date. Photos were taken during the inspection work.
They will be attached to the electronic Documentum file on this subject.
There were no major discoveries at the Cell 4B construction site. The project seemed to be well in hand.
Our discussion was primarily about issues to do with the VPL tank area storm water drainage problem, the
New Decontamination Pad, and Ore Storage containment. I met with mill management personnel, Messrs.
R. Bartlett, D. Turk, R. Palmer and S. Snyder and discussed these items.
Other miscellaneous observations are noted on the pictures. Please refer to them for additional
information.
