On January 31, 2014, the Utah Division of Radiation Control (DRC) received the 4 Quarter,
2013 DMT Performance Standards Monitoring Report and Cell 4A and Cell 4B BAT
Performance Standards Monitoring Report (dated January 29, 2014) for the EFR White Mesa Mill
near Blanding, Utah. From the data presented, it appears EFR complied with applicable standards
as detailed in the DMT and BAT Plans.
Inasmuch as no open issues remain, the DRC considers the review ofthe 4th Quarter, 2013 EFR
DMT Performance Standards Monitoring Report and the Cell 4A and Cell 4B BAT Performance
Standards Monitoring Report closed.
