Dear Ms. Weinel:
The Utah Division of Radiation Control ("DRC") has reviewed the Energy Fuels Resources
(USA) Inc. ("EFR") November 14, 2014 response ("EFR Response") to a DRC October 20, 2014
Request for Information Letter ("RFI") regarding findings of a September 23, 2014 DRC Storm
Water Inspection (DRC Groundwater Module 65) at the White Mesa Uranium Mill located in
Blanding, Utah.
Per the DRC review it appears that all information requests and comments in the RFI were
addressed in the EFR Response. Therefore, DRC 2014 Groundwater Module 65 is hereby closed
out.
