Dear Ms. Tischler:
SUBJECT: Compliance: Dam Safety Inspection; White Mesa Uranium Mill: Closeout
On August 2,2013 the Division of Radiation Control performed the annual dam safety inspection
at the White Mesa Uranium Mill site. The embankment and impoundment (tailings cell) generally
looked good. Inasmuch as the inspection revealed no items in need of correction, this inspection is
closed.
Thank you for your continued cooperation.
Sincerely,
RL/RJT:rjt
