As we discussed by phone on April 30, 2013, Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. ("EFROis sending this email
to document our request for an extension of time for response to Utah Division of Radiation Control's Request for
Information ("RFI") dated April 3, 2013. The RFI, which EFRI received on April 5, 2013, addressed EFRI's March
2013 updated surety estimate for White Mesa Mill. The RFI requested, among other items, that EFRI revise the
reclamation schedule by developing a work breakdown structure in sufficient detail that critical path and total
duration can be presented graphically, by Gantt chart or other project management tool. The RFI requested that
EFRI respond within 30 days of receipt of the RFI letter, or by May 5, 2013.
Prior to this RFI, EFRI assumed this level of detail in the project schedule would be developed prior to the start of
reclamation, not at the current time. EFRI agrees to provide the reclamation schedule graphically in response to
this RFI. However, in order to do so, EFRI needs additional time to develop a detailed work breakdown structure,
and to sequence and link the project work elements. As we discussed by phone , EFRI requests that the time
period for response to the RFI be extended an additional 45 days to June 19, 2013 to allow our Mill Engineer time
to 1) develop the detailed schedule and 2) load the schedule data into the project management software we will
use to publish the graphic schedule.
As we discussed, I understand you will return to the office during the week of May 6, 2013 and EFRI should
expect a response sometime after the middle of that week.
