Dear Mr. Frydenlund:
The DRC received under cover dated December 7, 2012 the revised surety performance bond
number 23-B-40987 from American Home Assurance Company in the amount of $20,300,614.00
for the White Mesa Mill. This represents an increase of $880,279.00 from the 2011 surety value of
$19,420,335.00. We find this evidence of surety acceptable, and as a result Module 73 is hereby
closed.
