RE: The November 4, 2019, 3rd Quarter, 2019 Chloroform Monitoring Report, Closeout Letter, Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit Number UGW370004
Dear Ms. Weinel:
The Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (“Division”) has completed the review of the November 4, 2019, 3rd Quarter, 2019 Chloroform Monitoring Report. (“Report”). The review was based on compliance with the following:
1. The EFR Quality Assurance Plan (“QAP”) June 5, 2019 (Revision. 7.5).
2. Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 (“Permit”). Permit version that was signed on March 19, 2019. 3. White Mesa Uranium Mill Groundwater Corrective Action Plan (“GCAP”) Revision 0, dated
September 14, 2015. The Division review concluded that the Report appeared to be in compliance with the Permit, QAP, and GCAP. This letter constitutes a closeout of the November 4, 2019 3rd Quarter, 2019 Chloroform Monitoring Report. If you have any questions, please contact Dean Henderson at (801) 536-0046. Sincerely,
