Attached please find the annual summary of 1 1 e.(2) Byproduct Waste Material which was disposed of at
Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc.'s ("EFRI' s") White Mesa Mill, Blanding, Utah for January 1, through
October 31, 2019.
This information is provided in accordance with License Condition 10.5.F. of Radioactive Materials License
("RML") Number UT1900479. Please note that the 2018 report covered the period from January 1, through
December 31, 2018. As stated in the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control ("DWMRC")
letter dated December 5, 2018 and the EFRI response letter dated December 18, 2018, EFRI has reverted to
the due date and associated reporting period specified in the RML, until the reporting period and due dates
are changed to a calendar year basis.
