(“Report”). The review was based on compliance with the: 1. The EFR Quality Assurance Plan (“QAP”) June 5, 2019 (Revision. 7.5). 2. Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 (“Permit”). Permit version that was signed on March 19, 2019. 3. White Mesa Uranium Mill Groundwater Corrective Action Plan (“GCAP”) Revision 0, dated September 14, 2015. The Division review concluded that the Report appeared to be in compliance with the Permit, QAP, and GCAP.
