Re: Notification for Installation of Chloroform Well TW4-42, White Mesa Uranium Mill
Dear Mr. Goble:
Pursuant to the Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. ("EFRI") Plan and Time Schedule dated October 22, 2018,
EFRI is providing DWMRC with at least fifteen days notice for installation of chloroform well TW4-42. EFRI
plans to begin field activities the week of April 15, 2019.
Installation activities will be completed in accordance with the September 14, 2015 Groundwater Corrective
Action Plan ("GCAP"), included as Attachment 1 to the executed Stipulation and Consent Order ("SCO") and
the applicable Utah Department of Natural Resources, Division of Water Rights regulations.
