On March 4, 2019, the Annual Safety and Environmental Review Panel (SERP) report for 2018 was
reviewed by Ryan Johnson of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control. The report dated March 4, 2019, documented that a SERP committee meeting was not necessary to be held during 2018. By submitting the SERP report, Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. met the requirement of RML License Condition 9.4. No further review is required.
