Dear Ms. Weinel: This letter is to approve your request for an extension of time to submit the plan and time schedule for the evaluation of groundwater sample oxygenation, and evaluation of alternate micro-purge low-flow sample collection at the White Mesa Uranium Mill. Your request was received by the Division of Waste
Management and Radiation Control (DWMRC) via e-mail on April 3, 2020. The request states that additional time to prepare the plan and time schedule is needed due to delays caused by teleworking requirements.
