Dear Ms. Weinel:
The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has completed the review of the
August 14, 2020, 2nd Quarter, 2020 Chloroform Monitoring Report (Report).
The review was based on compliance with the following:
1.The EFR Quality Assurance Plan (“QAP”) June 5, 2019 (Revision. 7.5)2. Ground Water Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 (“Permit”). Permit version that was
signed on March 19, 2019.3.White Mesa Uranium Mill Groundwater Corrective Action Plan (GCAP) Revision 0,dated September 14, 2015.
The Division review concluded that the Report appeared to be in compliance with the Permit, QAP, and
GCAP. This letter constitutes a closeout of the August 14, 2020, 2nd Quarter, 2020, Chloroform Monitoring Report.
