Re: Extension Request for Source Assessment Report for Monitoring Well MW-28
Groundwater Quality Discharge Permit UGW370004 White Mesa Uranium Mill
Dear Mr. Howard:
Due to the inefficiency of teleworking and the concurrent due dates for the Energy Fuels Resources
(USA) Inc. ("EFRI") responses to public comments on the Draft Radioactive Materials License
("RML") and Groundwater Discharge Permit ("GWDP"), EFRI would like to request a 30-day
extension to the Source Assessment Report ("SAR") for MW-28. The SAR is due September 20,
2020 and EFRI is respectfully requesting the due date be revised to October 20, 2020.
If you should have any questions regarding this letter, please contact me.
Yours very truly,
ttrti
