Howard Director September 3, 2020 Kathy Weinel, Quality Assurance Manager Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. 225 Union Blvd., Suite 600 Lakewood, CO 80228 RE: Energy Fuels Resources, White Mesa Uranium Mill, September 2, 2020, Request for an Extension of Time to Submit the Source Assessment Report for Groundwater Monitoring Well MW-28, Utah Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 Dear Ms. Weinel: The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (DWMRC) has completed review of the Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. (EFRI) September 2, 2020 letter (Letter) requesting an extension time to submit the Source Assessment Report (SAR) for groundwater monitoring well MW-28 at the White Mesa Uranium Mill. Per the Letter, an additional 30 days is needed due to teleworking limitations and concurrent due dates for EFRI responses to public comments (per DWMRC request). The Letter requests that the due date for the MW-28 SAR be extended from September 20, 2020 to October 20, 2020. Based on review, the extension request is approved.
