Utah Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 Dear Ms. Weinel:
The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (DWMRC) has completed review of the Energy
Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. (EFRI) September 2, 2020 letter (Letter) requesting an extension time to submit the Source Assessment Report (SAR) for groundwater monitoring well MW-28 at the White Mesa Uranium Mill. Per the Letter, an additional 30 days is needed due to teleworking limitations and concurrent due dates for EFRI responses to public comments (per DWMRC request).
The Letter requests that the due date for the MW-28 SAR be extended from September 20, 2020 to October 20, 2020. Based on review, the extension request is approved. Please submit the MW-28 SAR on or before October 20, 2020.
