Dear Mr. Howard:
Pursuant to the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control's ("DWMRC's") letter dated August 12,
2020, Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. ("EFRI") is providing the DWIVIRC with at least 14 days notice for
conducting field work and field sampling under the approved Low Flow Sampling Plan. EFRI plans to begin
field activities the week of October 19, 2020.
Sampling activities will be completed in accordance with the approved Low Flow Sampling Plan.
