Dear Ms. Weinel: On March 25, 2021, the Annual Safety and Environmental Review Panel (SERP) reports for the year 2020 was reviewed by Ryan Johnson of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control
(DWMRC).
The report was reviewed to determine the compliance with the requirements of License Condition 9.4 of your facility’s Radioactive Material License UT 1900479. DWMRC staff determined that the requirements were met. The DWMRC considers this inspection closed.
