Re: Construction of a Secondary Supplemental Test Section for Cell 2 at Energy Fuels Resources
(USA) Inc. White Mesa Uranium Mill
Dear Mr. Howard:
Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. ("EFRI") is providing notification that the White Mesa Mill (the "Mill") is
constructing a secondary supplemental vegetation monitoring test section to provide additional data for the Cell
2 cover test sections performance monitoring and to evaluate the revegetation plan to promote vegetation
success. The data are aimed at addressing the squirreltail dominance occurring on the Primary Test Section and
the poor seeding establishment on the Supplemental Test Section. While further vegetation development is
expected to occur throughout the performance period on both the Primary Test Section and the Supplemental
Test Section, EFRI is undertaking this effort to gather additional data throughout the performance period.
The Secondary Supplemental Test Section Plan is available at the Mill for review and an As-Built Report for
the Secondary Supplemental Test Section will be included in the 2021 Annual Performance Monitoring Report
submitted on or before March 1, 2022.
