RE: March 26, 2021, Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. (“EFRI”) Response to DWMRC Request to Revise Location of Additional Wells, White Mesa Uranium Mill. Approval
Dear Ms. Weinel: The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (“Division”) has completed the review of the
March 26, 2021 proposed locations for new nitrate monitoring wells TWN-20 and TWN-21.
The Division review for the proposed locations for new wells TWN-20 and TWN-21 is here by approved. In addition, within 60 days calendar days of these two new well completions, EFRI will complete aquifer testing and submit a well as-built report for the Division Director approval in accordance with the
requirements in Part I.F.6 of the Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW370004. Please provide at least a 14-day written notice so that the Division Director or his representative can observe drilling and well installation activities.
