Dear Mr. Frydenlund: Pursuant to the RML, Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. (EFR) submitted to the Division of Waste
Management and Radiation Control the annual surety estimate on February 26, 2021. The Division has
reviewed the submittal and approves the surety amount of $20,824,860. This is an increase of $334,453 from the currently funded $20,490,407. The Division will hold this review open pending receipt of the revised surety instrument in the newly approved funding amount. Please submit the revised documents within 60 days of the date of this letter.
