Dear Mr. Hansen:
As requested by the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control ("DWMRC") this letter
provides formal documentation for the e-mail notification submitted on November 1, 2021 regarding
the above referenced activities. Pursuant to your letter providing conditional approval for the
hydrochloric acid secondary containment structure dated October 15, 2021, EFRI is providing notice
that concrete pouring is scheduled to begin Wednesday November 3, 2021, weather permitting. EFRI
anticipates that concrete pouring will continue for approximately one week from commencement.
